Growing up in Ohio, Mike was always interested in technology, science, engineering and the general mechanics of things. He can devise clever solutions to situations that would otherwise stump the best classically trained engineers. This talent is valuable in the remote places that he sometimes works. He has traveled extensively and enjoys visiting places others would not generally go. Currently he is technology director for a mission hospital in central Haiti and is working to bring telemedicine and internet telecommunications to the staff and patients there.
In 1998, Mike co-founded Infomedix Communications Corporation. Infomedix was acquired by Stryker in 1999 and is now the Stryker Communications Division. During his tenure at Stryker Communications Mike managed and produced hundreds of live broadcast events for the medical community. He is currently a Director at BoxLineBox Ltd. A successful medical media company he co-founded with Andrew Schultz. Mike brings his talents to Gorilla Soapbox as Executive Producer.
